CONTIGENCY OPERATING SITE MAREZ, Iraq - Pvt. John Fabry, Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Armored Division, ensures an Iraqi soldier’s weapon is safely unloaded at a clearing barrel at Contingency Operating Site Marez, Iraq, Sept. 5, 2011. The squadron provided security oversight while Iraqi Army soldiers received blank adapters for their weapons prior to entering the Ghazlani Warrior Training Center. This will be the last time U.S. forces will process Iraqi soldiers through GWTC since it was established in 2010 by the 4th AAB, 1st Cav. Div.
