180702-N-IE405-1151 SAN DIEGO (July 2, 2018) Hospital Corpsman Gavin GutierrezLopez attempts to walk a straight line while wearing vision impairement goggles, simulating a blood alcohol level of .08 percent, during a safety stand down hosted by the Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA) department prior to the Fourth of July holiday. The NMCSD DAPA team set up an interactive display and educated staff, patients, and visitors in efforts to raise awareness and combat alcohol and drug related incidents.
