Selbo re-enlisted in the Marine Corps earlier in the day overlooking the World Trade Center site. On Sept. 11, 2001 the San Antonio-native was 17 years old and reciting his oath of enlistment at a Military Entrance Processing Station in Texas when the twin towers were attacked.
