Soldiers assigned to the Bulgarian Armed Forces, Armed Forces of Montenegro, Serbian Armed Forces and the U.S. Army National Guard discuss an offensive operations plan prior to a field training exercise, June 18, 2018, during Exercise Platinum Wolf.
