RENO, Nev. (June 22, 2018) Mass Communications Specialist 3rd Class Abby Lutz of Navy Public Affairs Support Element West lines up the perfect shot of Lt. Caitlin Fine of Joint Typhoon Warning Center in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii while she talks to students at the Pennington Center Boys and Girls Club in Reno. Lutz, of Kenosha, Wis. and Fine, of Scottsdale, Ariz., were among many Sailors in town for Navy Week. Navy Week programs serve as the U.S. Navy's principal outreach effort into areas of the country that lack a significant Navy presence, helping Americans understand that their Navy is deployed around the world, around the clock, ready to defend America at all times.
