John Fisher, a former customer service representative for Rolls-Royce, served as the expert on the Pegasus engine that powers the AV-8B Harrier. According to maintenance Marines he trained, Fisher is responsible for saving lives and millions of dollars worth of equipment through his efforts, personality and initiative.
