JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (June 22, 2018) -- The Army Surgeon General and U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Nadja West (right) toured the Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Accounting Agency (DPAA) on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. During the visit, West heard how the organization is providing the fullest possible accounting for missing personnel to their families and the nation.
