The Louisville, Ky., office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) awarded a $12.3 million contract May 24, 2018, for the construction of a new 1,428-person annual training/mobilization dining facility in the 2400/2500 block at Fort McCoy. The contract, totaling $12,384,200, was awarded to L.S. Black Constructors Inc. of Saint Paul, Minn., according to the USACE. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T.
