Civilian and military members from the Virgin Islands National Guard and Puerto Rico National Guard are conducting the Master Resiliency Trainer Course-Level 1, a resilience-training program that is offered by the U.S. Army at the Joint Force Headquarters, Estate Bethlehem Military Compound on St. Croix, June 11.
Mike Ernzen, the assistant primary instructor engages the class with a discussion on assertive communication, during a break-out session.
Approximately 29 members are participating in the two-week course, which began a week ago.
