ANSBACH, Germany (June 7, 2018) -- U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach firefighters and host nation volunteer firefighters from Ansbach, Hennenbach, Illesheim and members of the Bavarian Red Cross from the Ansbach county conducted a 24-hour combined exercise at the Oberdachstetten Training Area. The exercise was based on several simulated scenarios, including a downed aircraft, forest fires, a gas explosion, collided vehicles, and building fires.
