MILLINGTON, Tenn. (June 13, 2018) Chief Navy Counselor Scott Doughty assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NRD) Portland, right, mentors Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Mechanical) 2nd Class Tashana Lopez. Doughty has qualified to become one of the latest assistant chief recruiters (ACR). The ACR is considered to be a subject matter expert in all fields of Navy recruiting. Their role is to support their respecrive chief recruiters of their specific NRD or Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG).
