NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Aviation Electronics Technician Terry West, from Columbus, Georgia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) aviation intermediate maintenance department, is pinned to his current rank by his wife and members of the chiefs mess during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
