NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Aviation Support Equipment Technician Mark Hicks, from Givhans, South Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) aviation intermediate maintenance department, is covered by Master Chief Aviation Support Equipment Technician Jeff Powell and Senior Chief Aviation Support Equipment Technician Adam Christenberry during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
