NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Aviation Support Equipment Technician Mark Hicks, from Givhans, South Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) aviation intermediate maintenance department, is pinned to his current rank by his family during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
