U.S. Marine Maj. Matthew G. Olson, the civil affairs officer with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, marches on the colors during an opening ceremony on Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, to mark the beginning of SPMAGTF-SC deployment to Latin America and the Caribbean, June 11, 2018. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC will conduct security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America during their deployment.
