U.S. Marine Col. Michael H. Oppenheim, the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command commanding officer, addresses guests and service members during a ceremony at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, to mark the beginning of the unit's deployment to Latin America and the Caribbean, June 11, 2018.
