The static display was part of a ceremony recognizing Pennsylvania and Lithuania’s 25th year participating in the state partnership program. These activities took place during Saber Strike, which is a multinational exercise scheduled to run from June 3-15 that tests NATO’S enhanced forward presence (eFP) battle groups located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
