A Coast Guard aviation survival technician (rescue swimmer) is hoisted out of the Willamette River near the downtown Portland, Ore., waterfront during a rescue demonstration, June 9, 2018.

The aircrew's demonstration was part of Rose Festival and Navy Fleet Week festivities.
