    Col. Christopher Hurley, 102nd Mission Support Group commander, Otis Air National Guard Base, Mass., presided over the change of command ceremony for the 102nd Communications Flight on June 8, 2018. Maj. Kristina Handley relinquished command of the Air National Guard communications unit to Maj. Richard Haddon. In his previous position, Maj. Haddon was the 102nd Intelligence Wing Director of Inspections for the wing Inspector General’s office.
