Sgt. Maj. Douglas Yagel passes the noncommissioned officer sword to Col. Jefferey M. Morgan the commanding officer of the 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division June 8, 2018 on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan.
