Army and Navy reservists work together to take X-rays of a patient during a mass casualty drill at the 2011 Warrior Exercise held here. The Army Reserve soldiers are members of the 345th Combat Support Hospital based in St. Petersburg, Fla. The Navy Reserve sailors are from the Operational Health Support Unit based at Great Lakes, Ill. The 2011 WAREX presents realistic and challenging scenario-based joint training for soldiers, sailors, airmen and their units.
