UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, MIDDLE EAST – Lt. j.g. Stephanie Houser, a nurse with the shock trauma platoon assigned to Combat Logistics Detachment 37, plays the role of a casualty during casualty evacuation drills provided by U.S. Army Soldiers with 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment, May 22, 2018. The shock trauma platoon is a part of the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force, Crisis Response-Central Command.
