Staff Sgt. Christopher Taylor, a team leader with 705th Ordnance Company, 79th Ordnance Battalion, 71st Ordnance Group (EOD), feeds a line of rope through an open window of a simulated mosque to safely recover a talon robot, specifically designed for EOD operations, that was damaged while moving simulated explosive devices, during a command training exercise, May 21-24 at Fort Polk, La. The training, hosted by the 79th Ord. Bn., serves as a vital assessment of the 705th Ord. Co.’s current deployment capabilities and readiness. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
