Members from the Naval Operations Support Center and Team Offutt members participate in a “Murph” challenge in honor of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy inside the Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. Field House gym on May 19, 2018. Murphy, a U. S. Navy SEAL, was killed in Afghanistan and was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. The “Murph” consists of running one mile, doing one hundred pullups, 200 pushups and 300 squats, and finishing with another mile while wearing a 20-pound weight vest.
