School Director Mr. Johan, Col. Hedwig Gilaard, U.S. Ambassador John R. Nay and District Commissioner Verno Pryor unveil the dedication plaque during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Pater van der Pluym School in Brownsweg, Suriname, Aug. 15. The ceremony was held to re-open the school after renovations were made during the 2011 New Horizons training exercise.
