Arbinda Upreti, combat engineer, 14th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, pulls a weighted emergency evacuation sked during the stress shoot portion of the 2018 Lancer Soldier/Noncommissioned Officer of the Year competition 18 April 2018, at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Upreti won the Noncommissioned Officer of the Year event and will represent the Lancer Brigade in the upcoming 7th Infantry Division "Best of" competition.
