Dr. Salah R. Al-Zaidee, a structural engineer, receives a certificate from Mrs. Diane Devens, United States Forces – Iraq deputy commanding general for advising and training executive director, for his work on the overhead protection roof of the dining facility on Forward Operating Base Union III, Aug. 13. Salah designed the structure in the months before the construction, which took approximately 120 days to complete.
