U.S. Airmen assigned to the 51st Civil Engineer Squadron fire and emergency services flight, alongside with Korean firefighters and emergency responders, joined forces to tackle a large-scale exercise at the Korean National University of Welfare in Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea, May 17, 2018. Both sides share a mutual aid agreement, which allows U.S. Air Force firefighters from Osan Air Base to aid in off-base emergency situations such as the scenario presented during the exercise.
