U.S. Marine Corps Col. Scott R. Johnson, the camp commander for Camp Kinser, greets service members and families during the Kinser Block Party May 25, 2018, at the United Service Organizations center on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. The Kinser Block Party was directed by Johnson as a way for service members and their families to enjoy a day of fun and camaraderie before embarking on the Memorial Day weekend. During the 5-hour event, attendees enjoyed free food, games, live music and a dunk tank.
