U.S. Air Force service members from the 10th Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Flight unload medical equipment from a KC-135 Stratotanker to a hi-lift after patients arrive at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Aug. 8, 2011. The 721st Aerial Port Squadron gave an unused hi-lift to the 10th EAEF allowing them to cut back on man hours and sustain self-sufficiency.
