GARMSIR DISTRICT, Helmand province, Afghanistan - Lance Cpl. Jonathan Drake directs a tram to unload pallets of water at Combat Outpost Gorgak, Aug. 4. Drake, a native of Klamath Falls, Ore., is a gunner and driver with 3rd Trucks Platoon. Originating from Marine Corps Bases Japan, 3rd Trucks Platoon is attached to 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment. Trucks Platoon is responsible for logistical deliveries throughout 1/3's area of operations.
