Secretary of the Air Force Heather Wilson addresses National Guard senior leaders, Department of Defense officials, foreign ambassadors and State Partnership Program partner representatives at a reception commemorating the 25th anniversary of the State Partnership Program at the National Defense University, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C., May 17, 2018. The SPP began in 1993 with three partnerships and now includes 74 partnerships with countries throughout the world.
