U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Kolby James Jones, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka military working dog handler, acts as a decoy for Benjo, 374th Security Forces Squadron MWD, during 2018 United States Forces Japan Top Dog Competition May 17 ,2018. The decoy is a person who wears a personal protective suit allowing the dog to practice subduing a suspect in the correct way.
