U.S. Navy Military Working Dog Ttibor, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, subdues a decoy during the 2018 United States Forces, Japan Top Dog Competition May 17, 2018, at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The decoy is a MWD handler who wears a personal protective suit allowing the dog to practice subduing a suspect in the correct way. Throughout the competition MWD and K-9 handlers from the Air Force, Navy, Army, Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, and Tokyo Customs would rotate as the decoy, putting their skills to compete.
