    U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Ashly Lester, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka military working dog handler, gets ready to release her MWD Ttibor to subdue a decoy during 2018 United States Forces, Japan Top Dog Competition May 17, 2018. The decoy is a MWD handler who wears a personal protective suit allowing the dog to practice subduing a suspect in the correct way. Throughout the competition MWD and K-9 handlers from the Air Force, Navy, Army, Japan Air Self-Defense Force, Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, and Tokyo Customs would rotate as the decoy, putting their skills to compete.
