Cummings and Dodge, both from Rapid City, S.D., and O'Grady, from Piedmont, S.D., are assigned to the South Dakota Army National Guard's 155th Engineering Company, which is in Suriname as part of the 2011 New Horizons training exercise, a joint humanitarian mission between the U.S. Southern Command and the Suriname government.
