Soldiers from the South Dakota Army National Guard's 155th Engineering Company work to refurbish the Pater van der Pluym School in Brownsweg, Suriname, Aug. 6, 2011. Soldiers from the 155th are in Suriname as part of the 2011 New Horizons training exercise, a joint humanitarian mission between the U.S. Southern Command and the Suriname government.
