Electronics Technician Senior Chief Jeffrey Skogen, chief of the boat USS Boise (SSN 764), and Cmdr. Matthew Brouillard, executive officer USS Boise (SSN 764), receive the ceremonial wreath from Mr. Ed Kracker, WWII U.S. Submarine veteran. The wreath will be ceremoniously committed to the deep by the next deploying Norfolk based submarine. U.S. Navy Submariners gather annually to remember their shipmates lost “on eternal patrol”.
