Spc. Michael D. Roberts a truck driver for the 173rd Headquarters Company, Specialty Battalion at Bamburg, Germany, pulls in the cords to secure away his parachute. Roberts is one of the last jumpers with his company to make the 1400 foot drop from a C-130 Hercules onto one of the only drop zones in Europe located here at Grafenwoehr. Roberts had been awaiting this jump since the battalion left their post at midnight to make their voyage here. “This was one of my easiest jumps,” said Roberts.
