NORFOLK, Va. (May 16, 2018) -- Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Matthew Hepburn, from San Jose, California, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) training department, requests to go ashore on his last day as a Ford Sailor.
