Maj. Gen. Francis Beaudette, commander of the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne), presents the Silver Star to the children of Sgt. 1st Class Stephen Cribben during a ceremony at Fort Carson, Colorado, May 2, 2018. Cribben, a Green Beret assigned to 2nd Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), was killed in action Nov. 4, 2017, during a deployment to Afghanistan in support of the Resolute Support Mission.
