Kaplan, a native of Manalapan, New Jersey, has advice for seasonal allergies. “Spring tree pollen season is over, but grass pollen season is just beginning. Don't forget to close the windows and take your medications. Talk to your health care provider if you’re still having symptoms.” May is Food Allergy Action Month and National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month.
