    FORWARD OPERATING BASE MARJAH, Helmand province, Afghanistan - A graduate holds up his certificate and gives a speech during the Afghan Local Police (ALP) graduation ceremony. After three weeks of training with the Police Mentor Team, 3rd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, the Interim Security Critical Infrastructure members graduated to the newly constructed ALP.
