Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz, chief, Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command and Command Sgt. Maj. Michael D. Schultz, the command sergeant major for the USARC, unfurl the USARC guidon during the ribbon cutting ceremony at the new FORSCOM and U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters building, Marshall Hall, at Fort Bragg, N.C., Aug.1. Marshall Hall will have more than 2,400 FORSCOM and USARC soldiers and civilians working in it.
