Petty Officer 2nd Class Troy Crowder, Navy diver assigned to Mobile Diving Salvage Unit 2, connects an air line to a Kirby Morgan 37 diving helmet prior to conducting a surface-supplied oxygen training dive on a pier. The training is to ensure divers are able to safely and effectively conduct "hardhat" dive operations.
