DAHLGREN, Va. (April 26, 2017) – Kathy Clark holds a framed certificate moments after receiving the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Annual Honor Awards ceremony. Clark was recognized for her leadership and dedication in financial management as NSWCDD deputy comptroller. Her dedication and outstanding contributions resulted in improved processes and tools, both within NSWCDD and across the Warfare Center Enterprise, according to the citation. Clark is recognized for innovation that enabled her group to meet the increasing complexity of financial management requirements.
