DAHLGREN, Va. (April 26, 2017) – Robert Ward holds a framed certificate moments after receiving the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Annual Honor Awards ceremony. Ward was recognized for his outstanding achievements as project manager for radar data collection at NSWCDD from January 2013 to February 2016. Through his expertise and leadership in sensor data collection and analysis capabilities, Ward made lasting contributions to warfighters, the Navy, Department of Defense, and national security efforts, according to the citation. His consistent, selfless dedication, positive leadership, and perseverance are excellent examples of technical and professional success.
