DAHLGREN, Va. (April 26, 2018) – Kim Thornton holds the Employee Development Award moments after receiving it from Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) leadership at the command’s annual honor awards ceremony. Thornton was recognized for her contributions and dedication to the NSWCDD workforce. Her personal attention to the development of new supervisors and the growth of future command leaders further strengthens the organization, the citation states.
