180506-N-JN506-112 Inarajan, Guam (May 06, 2018) Commander, Submarine Squadron (COMSUBRON) 15 and Performance Monitoring Team detachment (PMT det) Guam Sailors and family members pass-out candy and ride in the command's submarine float during Inarajan’s annual San Jose parade in honor of Saint Joseph, May 6. COMSUBRON 15 routinely builds upon the sister village relationship with Inarajan in order to strengthen the bond between the Navy and the local community. Through community relations (COMREL) events and other interactions, Sailors are able to demonstrate the U.S. Navy's commitment to the local community while simultaneously learning about the Chamorro culture.
