NORFOLK, Va. (May 07, 2018) -- Chief Warrant Officer Shannon Foster, from Cartersville, Georgia, USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) fire marshal, reads Interior Communications Electrician 1st Class Timothy Clarks, from Hampton, Virginia, assigned to Ford's air department, discharge papers during a reenlistment ceremony held on the ship's flight deck.
